Healthcare Professional
I’m currently working in the NHS as an advanced practice therapeutic radiographer specialising in head and neck radiotherapy late effects. I also work as a national clinical advisor for allied health professionals and REACH internal staff network chair for the leading UK cancer charity.
I speak regularly on issues such as health inequities in cancer care, structural racism in clinical assessments and the importance of diverse representation in leadership.

I am a charity ambassador for Radiotherapy UK charity. Utilising my knowledge, expertise and commitment for people living with and beyond cancer to receive the best radiotherapy care they can.
I advise and support organisations to take meaningful, practical steps towards equity in healthcare, not just in words, but in action.
what i believe in
While equality is important, equity is what matters.
We need to understand the specific needs, cultures and lived experiences of undervalued communities and design for inclusion.
But inclusion is not a tick-box exercise, nor should it be added on at the end. It has to be built in from the beginning; it needs to run through every process and underpin all decisions.
Representation matters. Future leaders need to see people who look like them, who sound like them, who’ve taken different paths and still made a positive difference.
