I’m here to raise awareness and give a voice to those who have been ignored. But more importantly, I’m here to drive measurable, lasting change. I’ll challenge lazy thinking and outdated assumptions, especially when they’re used to excuse inaction. Stereotypes like “they’re too old to get digital” hold us back and let exclusion continue.
The future of healthcare is digital. You’ll have heard that before. But now, with AI and the pace of change it brings, we have an opportunity to reshape the system. But only if we involve the right people from the very beginning.
I’m here to advocate for those who’ve been excluded or underrepresented. And to support the allies that stand with them. Because creating a more equitable world is not the job of a few, it is the responsibility of us all.
Equity must be lived and felt. Built into how things are designed, delivered and led. That means making space for people not just to be seen and heard, but to feel like they actually belong.
Sometimes that means standing up, speaking out and challenging what others would rather ignore. I’m ready to do that. Because meaningful change takes action, not silence. And I won’t stop until healthcare, and the systems around it, work better for everyone.
